New mural in Madrid with Case Maclaim

A fortnight ago we found ourselves at a very different festival: Urvanity Art in Madrid – one of Europe's leading art fairs. We dropped by with four of our favourite artists: Nicolas Romero, Wasted Rita, Helen Bur, and Case Maclaim, who quickly became the talk of the town with his impressive tribute to the imaginative powers of children. Case: “I gave the viewer a new character of a yet unknown fairy tale. I have high hopes that it will encourage especially the young audience to come up with their very own story, in which the lead is a confident, black child in a golden wheelchair and in a self-made mermaid costume.”
